Dr. Shauntele Peynado-Rogers is a compassionate social worker who has been facilitating customized action plans to improve the welfare of children from NJ for more than 15 years. She has the proven ability of establishing unwavering family and community connections through unique motivational and promotional techniques. In addition, she is a professor that educates at one of New Jersey's most prestigious Universities.

Shauntele’s work and passions led her to obtain her Masters degree in Psychology and a Masters degree of Philosophy in Human & Social Services. She also graduated with her PhD, with honors, in Human and Social Services. Her flawless academic career has gained her membership with The National Society of Leadership & Success, The Golden Key International Honor Society and Tau Upsilon Alpha Honor Society. Additionally, she is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.

Through her love of educating and social working, Shauntele began mentoring and motivational speaking. Helping people has become a passion of which she has embraced with much prayer. As a result, she is the CEO of Blissfully Blended, an agency established to provide strategies and supports for blended families. She is also the founder of Dr. Shaunie Coaching & Consulting, where she coaches and mentors individuals who are in pursuit of navigating life to experience their very best self.

Shauntele’s relationship with the Lord carries great significance and it is important for her to live a kingdom driven life. At home, she’s a wife and mother to three beautiful children.
